Hala Ali Al Misnad is the CEO of GS1 Qatar and Senior Manager of SME Development Services at Qatar Development Bank, where she plays a key role in advancing Qatar’s private sector growth and strengthening the national SME ecosystem.
With extensive experience in strategy, economic development, and institutional leadership, she leads initiatives that empower entrepreneurs, enhance SME competitiveness, and support sustainable business growth. In her role at GS1 Qatar, she drives the adoption of global GS1 standards across industries, enabling greater supply chain efficiency, product traceability, and digital transformation in line with international best practices.
Through her leadership, GS1 Qatar works closely with government entities, industry stakeholders, and international partners to strengthen supply chain transparency and support the integration of global standards within Qatar’s business landscape.
She holds an Executive Master’s in Strategic Business Unit Management from HEC Paris, where she developed advanced expertise in strategic leadership, business transformation, and organizational growth.
